I think businesses should provide more online services.

 

First, it is convenient to buy things online. For example, online shopping allows people to buy things at home. They can order almost anything they like with their computers or smartphones easily and quickly. They can save a lot of time because they don't have to go out to buy things at stores. It is especially beneficial to elderly or disable people who have trouble walking outside all the way to get to stores.

 

Second, online services can be good for the enviroment. Since companies that provide online services don't have actual places to sell things, they don't have to use electricity for lights, heaters, and air conditionors. As a result, they can save a lot of energy for their business, which can lead to protecting the environment.

 

For these reasons, I believe that businesses should provide more online services.
