[ essay 1 ]

Going to space or looking for extraterrestrial life in outer space was once in the realm of science fiction. With all the technologies available today, however, space exploration has become a reality now. The question is; is it worth the price? I believe it is beneficial for mankind and should be continued for the following reasons.

First of all, space exploration can help unite the world. Large space programs like space shuttle missions would never be possible without international cooperation. Special skills and expertise are always needed to build space ships, and a large amount of money is required to make the projects come true. In reality, the staff in NASA are from all over the world, helping and working with each other.

Second, space exploration helps boost national pride. Success in rocket lunches, for example, always excites people in the country, and fosters their patriotism. This also helps encourage the people to unite and work hard, eventually the country can improve its economy.

Last, space programs can greatly contribute to development of scientific research. By doing some research or experiment in outer space, scientists could get to know potential benefits to mankind that can be gained from space, and figure out possible risks that they might find the way to prevent.

Considering all the benefits that space exploration can bring us, I believe space programs are well worth the price and should be continued at all costs.

[ essay 2 ]

Thanks to many advances in technology, we've had a better understanding of the universe. I believe that exploring space can provide a lot of benefits for us and our future generations.

First, we can expand scientific knowledge by exploring the universe. The knowledge gained by space researches can be utilized in several industries. For example, several researches in space have already been conducted to harness energy sources on other plants. Also, space probes might bring us valuable information that may enable us to better understand our planet and the solar system.

Second, successful space missions can never be made without international cooperation. Since a space program is so costly that is almost impossible for only one country to finance all the expenses by itself. Also, specialized skills and expertise from other countries are needed to ensure safe exploration. By working together internationally, countries better understand each other, which can eventually contribute to world peace.

Lastly, space exploration always boosts a national pride and patriotism. Successful rockets launches or space probes means the country has gained a status as one of the world's leading countries, which greatly contributes to improving the morale of workers and the economy in the nation.

In conclusion, space exploration is well worth the price, since it can expand scientific knowledge, encourages countries to cooperate beyond borders, and above all, boosts a national pride. I believe it should be continues for the benefit of humanity.
