3. what opinions you gave
4. explain how you felt about giving your opinions in this questionnaire / survey

The first thing that springs to mind is the survey made by a friend of mine who was working on a graduation project. I was asked to give my opinions about English education in Japan.

As an English major, she was writing an graduation thesis and researching how Japanese people study English, and how effective English education is in Japan.

I said there that most Japanese people spend a lot of time studying English, but only a few learn to speak English, because the teachers only focus on reading and grammar,

I think giving your opinions in a survey or questionnaire is a good way to make your thought or idea clear in mind. As for me, after the survey, I thought what needs to be done to improve the situation.
