[7]   [2021-2 A] Urbanization inevitably leads to a lower quality of life?
[ disagree ]

Urbanization can provide people with job opportunities. A lot of people choose to move to urban areas, because many large companies are located there. If people are employed by them, they are likely to get promoted and gain large income, which helps them have a good quality of life.

Also, living in urban areas is convenient. There are many stores and restaurants available in the city, and the public transportation is well established, so people living there have easy acess to wherever they would like to go. Also when they are sick, there are many cliincs or hospitals available in urban areas. As a result, people stay healthy, which obviously leads to a high quality of life.

Lastly, there are many educational insitutions avaialbe in urban areas. Education is very important to succeed in life. Once people graduate from good university, they are likely to be hired by large corporations or succeed in their own business, so living in the city can increase chances to receive better eudcation, which eventually leads to a higher quality of life.
