Every country in the world has its sovereignty and should be respected as an independent nation, but there are certain conditions where interference in the internal affairs of a country is justified.

First, no country should be allowed, in any cases, to persecute its citizens and to kill anybody within the nation. There are many civil wars or conflicts being waged around the world, and many soldiers are being killed and a lot of innocent people fall victim to the fights. It is very difficult to settle these conflicts within the nation, so international help is necessary, and interference in domestic matters can be justified.

 

Also, if a country is trying to encroach on other countries, it must be forced to stop. In most cases, countries which are being invaded or attacked, are small and weak, so they need international help to ward off the invasion. I believe military action is also justified if necessary, in order to prevent a nation from invading its neighboring countries.

 

Lastly, a country, which is believed to be developing weapons of massive destruction, must be regularly monitored and should be forced to stop as soon as we find out they are breaking international laws. This issue is not only for the countries involved, but also a threat to the whole world. Especially, development of nuclear power should be strictly regulated unless the objective of the development is for peaceful purposes.

 

In conclusion, there are definitely certain cases where interference with another country is justified. This is why the United Nations exists to make decisions to interfere in the domestic affairs of an atrocious country. It is necessary to make our world a peace place.
