1. Country-assisted scheme
Athlelets are sometimes forced to take drugs by authorities to enhance their performance or they don't even know they are taking drugs. For example, it is often said that althelets from Rosia were instructed to take drugs by coaches or by the government or they may not have known they were take drugs.
2. too strict policy
It is too strict to ban such athletes for life. They have devoted all their lives to sports they have chosen to play, and sacrificed everything for their careers. It is wrong to take such drugs but once they feel sorry for what they have done, they shoud be allowed to have another chance to perform on international stages. Many people would like to see good performance made by good althelets.
