Also, there are many retired people who are healthy and energetic enough to work in developing nations. If they share their skills and knowledge with those in developing countries, the technology gap between them will be eliminated.
Thanks to the advancement in technology , developing nations are more likely to improve their knowledge or skills of technology. In the past, computers were huge and extremely expensive, so only governments in wealthy countries or large corporations could afford to use them. Also, reaserch or experiements were done in a laboratory setting, so they needed to invest large sums of money in development of technology. Today, however, computers are much cheaper and much more esaily available, so developing nations can afford them, which can help them improve their technical knowledge and skills to catch up with developed nations.
In addition, with the wide spread of the Internet, transferring technology can be done easily. Experts from developed countries can show and share their knowledge or skills on the Internet. Plus, many peope in developing nations are more and more educated.
