One day, a woman was at home. Some boys were playing soccer in the playground next to her house. One of the boys kicked the ball and broke the window of the house. The woman was near the window and she was surprised to hear the sound.

 

The next day, the woman went to City Hall to complain about the accident. She was talking with one of the staff in City Hall, sitting across from each other. The man at the counter said that they had received many similar complaints from other people. The man thought something needed to be done to solve the problem.

 

A month later, the woman was pleased to know that ball games were not allowed in the playground anymore. Some workers were putting up a sign that said "No Ball Playing." The boys were shocked to see the sign and looked disappointed.

 

Later that day, the woman saw the boys from the playground playing soccer in the road. A car stopped in front of them. The driver was angry and shouted at the boys, because they were in the way, blocking the traffic.

One day, a woman was at home. There were three children playing football in the park close to the woman's place. One of the children kicked the ball and it accidentally hit her window, cracking the glass and surprising the woman.

 

The next day, the woman was at City hall to report what had happened to her place. The worker in the office told her that there had been many similar complaints from other residents.

 

A month later, the woman was walking past the park. She saw some workers from City hall building up a sign board that said that playing ball is not allowed in this park." The woman was happy about it, but the children were standing in front of the sign, and looked disappointed.

 

Later that day, the woman was walking on the street on the way shopping. She noticed these children were playing football on the street. A car driver stopped in front of them and shouted at them, because they were in the way of the car.
